It does indeed have splitscreen on PC, i play it with my GF from time to time. Add you controller when you startup. Go to social. Press a on cobtroller or "start" (it will show the pronpt on bottem left screen in social). Second player doesnt progress anyyhing tho, and stats dont count. Works in MP zombies and custom modes.
