Front wheel travel on all models is 115mm, with 131.2mm rear wheel travel on the RS and Moto2 Edition, and 133.5mm on the Street Triple R. Triumph Street Triple RS is a well-regarded bike, but the others you listed all get top ranks too. I would personally go for one of the others for more low-end torque and street-bias unless you plan to run track days. DFW is not exactly rich with twisty roads. Up quick-shifters can be added to any bike that doesn't have a factory option.

Not that I necessarily disagree but there is only 25hp difference between the speed twin and the street triple RS and only 20 between the R. It's not remotely close to 40hp. Obviously suspension, gearing and torque play a huge difference between the feel of the two bikes. The speed twin actually has faster acceleration from a standing start.
